1977: Creation of the Bovis Transports company by Maurice Bovis

1989: The company is taken over by Pascal Bovis

1977-1992: A LOCAL specialized business

  • 1977: Founding of Bovis Transports by Maurice Bovis in Ste Geneviève des Bois (91).
  • 1989: Pascal BOVIS assumes leadership of the company founded by his father.

 

1992-2013: A diversified NATIONAL company

  • 1992: Opening of the first local branches through the acquisition of regional leaders.
  • 2004: Acquisition of the Manudem Group, specialists in distribution and administrative relocation.
  • 2006: Creation of the national structure Pégasys Groupe, serving major distribution accounts.
  • 2009: Establishment of Bovis Fine Art, specializing in the transport of artworks.
  • 2011: Expansion into logistics with the acquisition of several logistics hubs.
  • 2012: Creation of Bovis Transferts, specializing in turnkey corporate and industrial relocation.

 

2013-2025: A EUROPEAN LEADER in its fields

  • 2013: Acquisition of Tti in Spain, with three local branches in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia.
  • 2014: International expansion continues with the creation of Bovis Helvetia in Switzerland.
  • 2016: Establishment of Bovis Ibérica to develop high-tech activities in Spain.
  • 2017: Creation of Bovis Middle East in Dubai, UAE.
  • 2019: Acquisition of part of the activities of Marchal Technologies and Marchal Levage in France.
  • 2022: Opening of Bovis Ibérica in Portugal.
  • 2023: Opening of Bovis Occitanie near Montpellier.
  • 2024: Launch of the Malesherbes logistics hub south of Paris. Creation of the internal training academy.
