Administrative moves in Brittany

Moving offices and administrative documents to Brittany

Our Bovis Atlantique agency, a specialist  in handling and lifting in Rennes and Nantes, intervenes in Brittany and Pays de Loire for all company moving services.

This know-how is particularly suitable for administrative moving services for companies. Indeed, when transferring your structure, the tertiary aspect is an essential factor. The administrative relocation of your offices is just as important as the transfer of your machines and equipment.

Moving your offices and administrative sites is a delicate exercise that requires good preparation. Whether your sector of activity concerns the banking sector, the medical or laboratory sector, or industrial production, it is a large-scale project, which can generate concerns. That's why nothing should be left to chance so as not to disrupt the activity of your services.

Thanks to more than 40 years of know-how in administrative moving, Bovis Atlantique allows you to organize your transition and office move smoothly and serenely. We have a team of professionals at your service who understand the specific requirements of your sector. Our specialists organize rigorous planning. They are thus able to offer you the solutions best suited to your needs, your time constraints and the size of your site.

Bovis Atlantique recently completed an administrative transfer to Brittany.

Upstream methodological analysis

After identifying the specific constraints of the project, our project manager implemented an adapted methodology.

Our specialized team has therefore assessed the nature of the elements to be moved beforehand. Design offices, libraries, documentation or archiving centers, computer equipment, printers and photocopiers... All this equipment has been listed. Our teams have taken note of the location of the intervention. This analysis made it possible to ensure tailor-made planning.

Preparation, loading and transport

The organization involved carrying out a rigorous inventory of materials, equipment and furniture.

Our experts took care of the dismantling of the furniture and the disconnecting of the equipment. The packaging followed by the labelling of each element was then a crucial step that our teams are perfectly accustomed to.

The service also included the reassembly of the furniture and the reinstallation at the final site.

These steps were strictly respected to provide an effective response.

Resources mobilized

The handling of these administrative materials and equipment had to be carried out using appropriate means. For this operation, Bovis Atlantique has mobilized:

  • 19T and 7.5t vehicles and tailgate trucks

  • Furniture Lifts

  • A Tautliner truck, a heavy goods vehicle with a trailer or semi-trailer with a removable tarpaulin, particularly suitable for transporting goods

  • A Piano-Plan / a Staircase / Dominoes
