Mechanical and electrical dismantling was carried out by our electromechanical engineers. Each module was carefully protected, padded, and shrink-wrapped. Sensitive components (sensors, motors, PLCs) were packaged separately to avoid damage during transit.

3. Secure Transport

Even though the distance was only 2 km, the transport of bulky elements required meticulous planning: traffic scheduling, coordination with local authorities, and precise handling using cranes and forklifts.

4. Reassembly and Requalification

Once on-site, our technicians fully reassembled the lines, completed all electrical connections, and aligned conveyors and packaging tools. Functional tests were conducted to validate compliance and readiness before restarting production.
