1) CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE BY SPECIFIC ACTION

2) CONTRACTED MAINTENANCE  

Following a maintenance contract has been signed, we commit to:

• Maintaining a team on your site
• Implementation of method sheets
• Planning the preventive maintenance
• Respecting the preventive maintenance plan
• Responsiveness according to your needs, for corrective maintenance operations
• Always seek solutions to minimise machine downtime
• Establishing volumetric performance indicators, for all of our operations
• Offering progress schedules
• Offer penalties if necessary

3) Achieving machine tool compliance 

cable reels - scrubbing machines - drills - tanks - saws (alternative, etc.) - towers – milling machines - grinding machines - presses - production lines – etc.

Decree 93 - 40 enables the safety of operators to be ensured when handling machines, as regards moving parts and the various electrical protections.
 

4) Ironwork & fine metalwork

We have a department for the design and construction of housings or frames that are made in our workshop.

Our material resources: Shears ; Bending press; Bandsaw; Punching machine ; Column drilling machines; Drum; Rolling machine; Welding equipment (TIG / MIG - semi automatic – arc welding)

Welded materials: Steel, stainless steel, aluminium
