The project involved the handling and installation of two packaging lines dedicated to the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sector, combining the organizational and commercial expertise of Bovis Transferts with the on-site know-how of Bovis Auvergne.

On-site execution was entrusted to the teams of Bovis Auvergne, who deployed their personnel and equipment to carry out the transfer safely.

The operation included:

• Roof access by crane to lift the equivalent of six semi-trailers of equipment.
• Handling of heavy loads of up to 6 tons.
• Removal of old equipment and unloading of 12 crates of machines.
• Uncrating, lifting, and depalletizing the equipment.
• Replacing transport feet with permanent feet.
• Rolling the machines to their final location and performing basic positioning.

Thanks to meticulous planning and the experience of the local teams, the transfer was completed on schedule, in compliance with safety standards, and with respect for the client’s production requirements.
