KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE & SALES ASSISTANT

The main responsibilities include:

Administrative Management: Manage all administrative aspects of customer projects and ensure accurate handling of operational documentation.

Quotation Preparation: Prepare commercial quotations and assist with tender submissions.

Sales Support: Receive customer enquiries, monitor orders, and coordinate service delivery arrangements.

Invoicing: Prepare and monitor customer and supplier invoices, and manage administrative follow-ups when required.

Performance Monitoring: Update reporting dashboards and contribute to sales performance tracking.

Project Documentation: Prepare administrative files relating to projects and operations, including insurance documents, permits, parking authorisations, and other required paperwork.

Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between sales teams, operations, customers and suppliers.
